Matt and his uncle Eric remodeled our kitchen and bathroom this summer, and I LOVE IT!! They had a few interesting experiences with black grout, cement and manuvering around our small condo, but in the end I think it was totally worth the wait!
This is the bathroom (the horrible striped walls were my mistake we've been living with for 3 years)
We removed all the old paint, painted it back to it's original color, and we installed a new sink.

This is the tub before...
We put in new tile and tiled it up to the ceiling, installed tub doors, ceramic shelves, and tiled the floor (it was linoleum before).

This is our kitchen before...
We installed new white cabinets, got a new fridge (extra large capacity :) ), put a ledge on our half wall, extended the half wall by 2 feet, put in granite counter tops and granite back splash, new tile on the floor, new sink and a new faucet and a new dishwasher (phew that is a lot of work!).

The remodel makes our condo seem so much brighter and bigger and much more modern. I absolutely love it, love it, love it!

Your remodeling looks awesome. I especially like the white cabinets in the kitchen....now for pictures of Logan's room?
Just love the remodeling - it looks fabulous. Can't wait to see it all in person.
So nice! The kitchen looks so much more open and the bathroom also looks amazing!
