It's Alive!!

We had out first ultrasound today!! Our baby is right on schedule at 13 weeks, it's very active moving, rotating and enjoying the freedom of ammiotic fluid. We also heard the heart beat which measured 166 bpm.

3 months...

I am already 3 months along I cannot beleive it. I am still feeling the nausea bug but I am hoping it will end soon. I am starting to show more which is fun and exciting, especially when people who don't know I'm pregnant start to look at me funny. I found a way to still fit into my pants by fashioning elastic waistband extensions! They are hideous, but thank goodness for long shirts. The only problem I've encountered are my zippers, I bent over too fast one day and bam, I busted my zipper! I think I am almost big enough to fit into maternity pants, which I am very excited about. I have not had my first ultrasound yet, but I am hoping it will happen this Tuesday, and as soon as it does I will be posting more pics.

Our newest little upper...

Kennedy Emma Caudle is so prompt and thoughtful, she was born on her due date and in time for all the uppers to come and see her before we left AZ. She is the cutest little thing, with lots of hair, a perfect nose and the most beautiful big eyes. We are so happy she came into this world and did so well for her new mom!

CONGRATS to Goth and David!

Goth and David got hitched!! We got to welcome David into the upper family on Jan. 17th!

A little time with the AZ fam...

I went to AZ for one of my best friend's wedding, and had the chance to hang out with my sister and her cute kids!! Sean was coming to visit as well so Meagan tried to teach Anthony the words Aunt and Uncle. Unfortunately the name of Aunt didn't stick, but he did learn Uncle so for the weekend I was "Uncle". Anthony loves going through purses and so when he saw mine he made a b-line for it and found my sunglasses. He is one hip little dude...

Adrian is not so much concerned about what is in a purse, but rather what is being served to eat. He is the cutest when he gets all excited about something Meagan is about to give him.

Meagan took me shopping which was a lot of fun since the little dudes kept things so entertaining. It took us 6 hours to go to 3 stores and have lunch, WOW! We went to Johnny Rockets for lunch and Anthony chose a hamburger and Adrian got a little bit of everything.

A Quiet Christmas

Our BEAUTIFUL nativity set from Nathaniel

Our little dinner of Honey Baked ham, glazed carrotts, mashed potatoes, rolls, ceasar salad with cheesecake for dessert.

Dozer tuckered out - we may have fed him too much!

Our little tree... and Matt's gift to me. A solid oak rocking chair... I know that will be useful soon!
