5 months

My t-shirt is getting smaller... oh wait I'm just getting bigger! :)

Let the belly growing begin!

Let the nesting begin...

Logan's crib arrived last week and we put it together to make sure we had all the pieces and I couldn't shake the urge to prepare his room. A blizzard this past Thursday sent us all home from work early, so with the extra time I cleaned out my sewing room and started the transformation. 8 hours later I had the room completely cleaned out and all my sewing and craft supplies reorganized and replaced into other parts of the condo.

Matt installed a light (before we were using a lamp) and he wired it into the light switch (with Jayson's guidance).

We don't have much furniture yet, but this is what Logan's room looks like so far...

We're having a BOY!

We are proud to present the first official pictures of our little boy...

Matt thinks he has my nose and his lips...
There is no doubt that he is a boy!
He waved, gave us a thumbs up, grabbed his toes with his hands, he even looked at us! It is amazing we were able to see his little heart beating, his diaphragm contracting/expanding, and all his little joints and bones. He is currently 12 1/2 ounces and 3 days ahead of his due date but only time will tell (I for one will not object to an early arrival!).

What an awesome experience to see him, it was the best 30 minutes of our lives!! We can't wait til we meet in person in 4 months!

Boy or Girl???

We will be finding out the sex of the baby in a few weeks!!! On Saint Patrick's Day we will be finding out whether we are growing a Logan or Ava... we will keep you posted!

Troll Belly

We are 4 months pregnant! The nausea is gone, eating is a constant thing which means there is definitely one part of me that is growing exponentially... my BELLY! Now I have a pre-Buddha belly or what I like to call a troll belly.

Remember Troll dolls...
Meet Troll Belly...

My Sweet Valentine

I came home from a very exhausting week to find that my cute husband had left me a valentine.

The note reads: "I know you can't eat chocolates, but I think you'll like these ones."

Inside I found a set of beautiful earrings, a necklace and a bracelet. He is so creative, thoughtful and good to me... I have the best valentine a woman could ask for!
