After Zoey and I spent 4 days in the hospital and 4 days at Grandma’s house while Logan recovered from an illness, Logan finally meet his little sister.
Zoey gave him two new hotwheels car as a peace offering, he quickly swept them up out of her car seat.
He loves her toes and feet, and any chance he gets he points them out to us.
Much to our surprise, he tried sharing his new trucks with Zoey.
Then the real test, actual physical contact… clearly he is not quite sure what to think. He kept saying “down baby” and pointing to the car seat. He dealt with the situation for only a few minutes before he started pushing her away.
Finally Daddy stepped in to hold them both, Logan didn’t like this either but at least he was safe in his dad’s arms.
The next day Logan did much better, he likes lying on the floor with Zoey and telling us the parts of her face and stroking her hair. He even held her for a few minutes. We know Logan is going to be a great big brother!
