Matt had to work this year so I decided to make a small Thanksgiving dinner for us... the chicken turned out really well, besides the fact that I had to remove it's innards! I couldn't touch it so I used tongs, thankgoodness because the liver broke on me!
The only thing I didn't plan on while cooking was ruining 3 pie crusts in a row, which lead to Matt making an emergency pie crust run to the store.
We had a great morning and the dogs loved it too, Tank had no qualms letting us know he was interested in the left over chicken!

Nicole! I love your hair cut :) I miss you guys alot, its good we can catch up via blogs :) have a great 2008 and hopefully we can visit sometime.
